The hotel is in a fantastic location for shopping, with everything within walking distance. The variety of shops in Hainan is impressive and definitely worth exploring. the rooms on the higher floors, especially those with separate baths and showers, are spacious and comfortable. It's a relief to have western toilets available, making the stay more convenient.
The hotel is consistently crowded with locals for various events and meetings, which creates a bustling atmosphere. However, this also means that the hotel is filled with smoke, as smoking is allowed almost everywhere.

This hotel was just a nice comfy base for stores, restaurants. The location was great, with yi jia yi jiaozi nearby, where we could eat. Pleased it had a shower in the room...

The location of the hotel was great for shopping, with everything within walking distance. the rooms on the 11th floor were recommended as they had separate baths and showers, unlike the lower floor rooms. the hotel staff tried their best to provide good service, although their lack of English proficiency was a hurdle. Western toilets were available, which was a convenience.
The hotel was filled with smoke due to people smoking everywhere, including the lobby, restaurants, elevators, and rooms.

The hotel was unpleasant due to the pervasive smell of smoke - cigarettes everywhere! the staff struggled with English, and there was no iron or ironing board in the room.
